Quantum Healing Hypnosis

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a guided process that helps people enter a deeply relaxed state—similar to the theta brainwave state we naturally experience during dreaming or deep meditation. In this state, the busy, analytical mind softens, making space for deeper layers of consciousness to emerge.

Clients often access imagery, memories, or inner wisdom that feels beyond ordinary awareness. Many describe it as tapping into a higher intelligence within themselves—what some traditions call the Higher Self, and what psychology might recognize as the unconscious or transpersonal mind.

From a scientific perspective, research into human consciousness shows that:

  • Brainwave states like theta are linked to heightened creativity, memory recall, and integration of subconscious material.

  • Hypnosis and guided imagery are clinically shown to reduce stress, increase neuroplasticity, and support emotional healing.

  • Studies in transpersonal psychology and near-death experiences suggest that consciousness may extend beyond ordinary brain activity, pointing to the possibility of a broader field of awareness.

QHHT brings these threads together: it uses the natural capacity of the mind to enter altered states, allowing people to explore meaningful experiences, uncover insights, and often catalyze profound emotional or physical shifts.

Appointments are in-person in Canandaigua and last approximately 3-4 hours.  To prepare, it helps to engage in a regular meditation practice.
